African dance, chemistry and water
aerorbics are among the diverse adult-education programs the City School
District of Albany will offer this spring at Albany High School.
Registration will be held
from 6-9 p.m. Wednesday, March 10 and Thursday, March 11 in the north
house office at Albany High School. Classes begin on March 17 and March
18. The district also offers a 10 percent discount to senior citizens.
A list of courses, fees,
teachers, locations, times and dates is below. All courses are 10 weeks
unless noted otherwise. Full payment is due at registration. For more

The mission of the City School District of
Albany is to educate and nurture all students to be
responsible citizens, critical thinkers and lifelong learners to
successfully compete in the global community by providing an
academically rigorous and safe environment in partnership with parents,
students and the community. The district
serves approximately 8,400 students in 16
elementary, middle and high schools. In addition to neighborhood
schools, the district includes several magnet schools and programs, as
well as other innovative academic opportunities for students.
